ABG Doula Training Grievance Procedure

ABG Doula Training is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment.

If you have concerns regarding the conduct, services, or practices of any ABG Doula Training representative, student, or graduate, you are encouraged to submit a grievance.

Who May Submit a Grievance
Any client, student, graduate, professional, or member of the public.

How to Submit a Grievance
Grievances must be submitted in writing by email and should include:

  • Your name and contact information

  • The name of the individual or program involved

  • A clear description of the concern, including dates and relevant details

Process

  • Grievances will be acknowledged within seven business days.

  • All concerns are reviewed to determine whether they fall within ABG Doula Training’s scope, ethics, or standards and to assess appropriate next steps.

  • The individual named may be contacted and asked to provide additional information.

  • Matters will be handled promptly, fairly, and with confidentiality.

Non-Retaliation
Filing a grievance will not result in retaliation or adverse consequences.
