If you have concerns regarding the conduct, services, or practices of any ABG Doula Training representative, student, or graduate, you are encouraged to submit a grievance.
Who May Submit a Grievance
Any client, student, graduate, professional, or member of the public.
How to Submit a Grievance
Grievances must be submitted in writing by email and should include:
Your name and contact information
The name of the individual or program involved
A clear description of the concern, including dates and relevant details
Submit to:

Process
Grievances will be acknowledged within seven business days.
All concerns are reviewed to determine whether they fall within ABG Doula Training’s scope, ethics, or standards and to assess appropriate next steps.
The individual named may be contacted and asked to provide additional information.
Matters will be handled promptly, fairly, and with confidentiality.
Non-Retaliation
Filing a grievance will not result in retaliation or adverse consequences.
