For families
Whether you are newly pregnant, deep in the newborn fog, or navigating toddlerhood with more questions than sleep, the WNC Birth and Parenting Expo was made for you. We pulled together Asheville's most trusted birth workers, postpartum professionals, and family support resources so you can meet them in person, ask real questions, and walk away feeling genuinely supported.
This is not a generic baby fair. It is a curated community gathering of people who care deeply about families in Western North Carolina and who show up for this region every single day.
Skip the Google rabbit hole. Talk face-to-face with doulas, midwives, IBCLCs, pediatricians, and more -- all in one afternoon.
Short sessions on birth, postpartum recovery, infant feeding, newborn care, sleep, mental health, and more included with free admission.
Connect with other WNC families in the same season of life. Community is one of the most powerful things you can leave with.
Learn about WNC organizations doing important work for perinatal families -- including support you may not know is available to you.
STAY IN THE LOOP
Be the first to know when registration opens, speakers are announced and vendor spots fill up.
There will be VIP Swag bags for the first 75 families who are registered and show up first.
For perinatal professionals
Western North Carolina families are actively searching for providers they can trust. A vendor at the WNC Birth and Parenting Expo puts your practice, your face and your story in front of a room full of pregnant people, new parents, and growing families across the region.
To ensure high-quality engagement and professional networking, vendor participation is limited to a curated selection of 45 applicants with a registration fee of $100 per space. This boutique environment is specifically designed to facilitate deep connections within our local birth work community.
We also encourage applicants to utilize their professional networks to establish creative partnerships, as vendors are permitted to collaborate by sharing a single table. Vendor applications open soon, and because spots are limited and expected to go fast, we recommend getting on the notification list early to ensure you don't miss out.

ABOUT THE EXPO
The WNC Birth and Parenting Expo is hosted by ABG Doula Training, Asheville Baby Guru, and Kooshlie Doula, three experienced perinatal agencies with deep roots in supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenthood.
Asheville Baby Guru is part of the Baby Guru family, which has been supporting families since 2010.
Kooshlie Care has been providing the WNC area wrap around doula support, and education for the past 12 years. Kooshlie Doula brings years of dedicated service to the WNC community. Together, we have walked alongside hundreds of families through some of the most significant moments of their lives.
We know how hard it can be to find the right support in this region. We built this event to make it easier: one day, one place, everything you need.
